In my years of experience, I have faced several challenges, and I have learned that creativity and planning are the key to success.
This is where the importance of choosing the right exhibition systems, partners, suppliers lies. Because these decisions will not only make the flux of work more manageable, but it will also save us a lot of money and headaches.
And right now, I have been able to prove the relevance of this. In times of uncertainty like the ones we are living, I realized a simple decision became such a lifesaver.
In the past two years many of us struggled to keep our business running and lost a lot of money, nonetheless, I had an ace under my sleeve without really knowing it.
At Happy Projects, we managed to contain the losses to a minimum because we decided to use a frame system for our stands in the past (and future) and this kept us financially stable. Among its main benefits (quicker assembly, reusable, durable, recyclable, and manageable) the most important is sustainability, not because your projects are 85% green, but because it makes you more profit that other methods of building.
By using this system, we are going to be able to reuse the stands once we go back to work, just pull it from our inventory and reuse it.
That is how a simple decision 6 years ago changed the whole game for us and saved our business.
If we have chosen to continue using wood for our stands, we will be facing a completely different scenario with significant financial loss and high costs. Because we know it is costly, not reusable, and difficult to store, among not being good for the environment at all.
